UK shipping is free for orders over £50 and £3.95 for orders under £50. international shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where is my order?
All items sold through OWNI are sent via tracked delivery. If you are having trouble locating your parcel, please contact us at customercare@owni.app with your order number.
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
If your parcel has not arrived 5 business days after being made, please contact us at customercare@owni.app with your order number.
If your parcel is reported missing, you can either be refunded in full or be given OWNI credits equivalent to the order value based on your preference.
