UK Shipping 

Parcels are shipped directly from the seller to you through our courier network

Shipping costs £5 per order per seller 

Your parcel will be shipped within 2 days after the seller has received your order 

Your parcel will have tracked shipping where you can follow the order  

Accepting an item

When you have received a parcel, log into your buyers hub to accept the item.

When doing so the item will be added into your digital wardrobe.

Once you have accepted the item it will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Missing parcels

Missing parcels will be resolved by the Owni customer care team. contact:customercare@owni.app with your order number and email and we will resolve the issue for you.

You will not be charged for items that do not arrive.
