Accepting an item

Once an item arrives, you have 5 days to accept our reject it in your buyers hub

If you accept it will move into your digital wardrobe

Once you accept an item you will no longer be eligible for a refund

If you do not accept or reject it within 5 days, it will automatically be accepted and go into your digital wardrobe

Rejecting and item for a refund

Once an item arrives, you have 5 days to accept our reject it in your buyers hub

If you reject it you will have 5 working days to return to the seller.

You must produce a tracking number to illustrate it has been returned

After it is returned you will receive a full refund.

If the item is not returned but you produce a tracking number to illustrate it was a courier error you will receive store credit of equal value to the order.
